Rev. Cecilia Jones is honored to serve in her role helping people in Virginia to formalize and celebrate their union in marriage. Love is the sacred space where we are whole, and there is no duty more gratifying than embracing two people in its power.
When she’s not officiating weddings, Rev. Cecilia coaches individuals in productivity and personal organization. She relies on her background in coaching to ask thought-provoking questions of the couples she works with to collaborate in planning a meaningful ceremony. Combining an attention to detail with a broader vision, Rev. Cecilia assists couples in crafting a customized message that demonstrates their love and commitment to one another.
Rev. Cecilia is committed to providing a safe and welcoming space for couples of all races, cultures, abilities, identities, & orientations. Having moved around a lot growing up as the child of a Foreign Service officer, she particularly enjoys performing intercultural wedding ceremonies.
In her free time, Rev. Cecilia enjoys spending time with her husband Brian, young son Desmond, and cat Lynx. She loves camping, crossword puzzles, music festivals, audiobooks, and her sunroom.
