We pair you with an officiant who will take the time to get to know you and understand exactly what you’ve envisioned for your wedding ceremony – religious, spiritual, secular, formal, casual, traditional or eclectic… or any combination of these!

When you’re ready to engage Virginia Officiants for your wedding, we make the process very easy – we know you’re busy and have a million details to attend to! The first step is submitting our contact form, giving us the information we need to be able to confirm our availability and match you with the perfect officiant for your style. You’ll then be able to meet with that officiant in-person, or via video chat or telephone, to discuss your plans before you’re ever presented with a contract. Once you make the decision to hire your officiant, we’ll provide an online contract and link to our online payment system – no paper, no hassle!

Once you’ve officially booked your officiant, you’ll work directly with that officiant to create your customized ceremony, incorporating everything that’s important to you for a wedding you and your guests will always cherish. Your officiant will even send you a complete draft of your ceremony script, so that you can request any revisions necessary to make it perfect. On your wedding day, it will be delivered exactly as you expect. Your peace of mind is of the utmost important to us.
